• Carry out service, installation, maintenance, and reparation of Pump products.
• Provide technical service support to hospital 24/7, receive and handle all complaints from customer
• Consult and train for the users
• Sell spare parts and service contract to customers
• Co-operate with other department for Seminar, Exhibition event
• Identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process
• Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Key Archivement
• Total turnover of Pump category in 2018 is above 700 mil VND.
• Get certificate of new Plus Pumps.
