– Coordinateactivities,resources,equipmentandinformation
– Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
– Issue all appropriate legal paperwork
– Ensuring the effective preparation and delivery of all project events and meetings and production of all necessary documentation
– Helping the Contract Manager with the development of operating procedures.

– ToassisttheBusinessDevelopmentManager(BDM)in updating all relevant information relating to the Sale Management System database.
– Researchinformationoncompetitors,products/materialsand real estate market (including office/hotel/resort/serviced apartment market) as required by BDM
– Research Macro-and Micro data and other areas as required by the General Manager in HoChiMinh City, Vietnam

– Maintain, develop and grow present customers base
– Coordinates with Singaporean colleagues to arrange shipping plan and delivery schedule in order to ensure smoothly flow of finished goods to customers
– Checking shipping documents

– Control production schedule and data of stock materials in order to issue PO to suppliers
– Collect clients’ data, market situation and competitors’ movement in terms of pricing, products and services.
– Develop and maintain good relationship with potential customers.
– Provide pre- and post- sales services
– Finding potential oversea suppliers to meet company’s requirements
