– Responsible for establish new business venture in Vietnam by research,
developing, building and strengthening long-terms relationships with

– Supervises and participate in the productionof all Items for L’Oasis
restaurant.
– Manages the pastry team: hires, schedules, submit payrolls; provide
feedback and motivation; trains on Italian Gelato, Coffees, Belgian Waffles
productions; coaches and counsels; handles termination.
– Verified all foods prepared meet quality standards in term of portion size,
flavors, texture and consistency.
– Order and requisitions all supplies for the pastry shop.
– Maintains a clean and sanitary food production area according to
Department of Health standards.
– Perform other duties as required or assigned.
