Build and develop recruitment channel & resource, candidate database
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
to filter candidates within schedule
• Coordinate with HR Manager to pro-actively analyze and anticipate resource
needs
• Coordinate with Admin and IT team for the welcome newcomer
• Send Job Offer to successful candidates,
• Weekly report to HR Manager
• Update Recruitment database (master file, candidate data…)
• Handle job posting on social network and local sites

Communicate with students’ parents through phone call or in person
• Response to customer’s requests
• Handle and resolution of customer’s complaints

Help the teachers prepare for the lessons by getting material ready.
• Support teachers manage classroom activities
• Assist teachers to communicate with parents and school steps about students’
progress

Pick up the items from the website (HM, Zara, Nike, Adidas, from UK/US/SPAIN…)
• Receiving orders from customer / size selection advice
• Gather enough orders to send for shipping/ packing the goods and delivery
