Finding new leads and contacting to customers to introduce product, give
them information about fabric, size, color, etc.
 Working with accountant, designer and merchandise to make quotations,
sketches and samples.
 Making deposit request, PO and contract, plan for running order.
 Following order until delivered and make sure customers happy with
products.
 Checking debit note is correct.

 Entering all the relevant guest related information, so that it can be
retrieved in case there is a requirement, and to maintain and update the
accounts and post them accurately.
 Keep contact with all department to take care customers during their stay
in hotel.
 Computing the bills and their subsequent collection of payments .
 Selling room and guiding them on local entertainment and recreation
areas and giving them information regarding the transportation.
 Check out and collect comments, reviews from customers.

 Responding to in-person and telephone inquiries regarding reservations, hostel information and
guest concerns.
 Supervise daily shifts ensuring all other work colleagues are working to standard operating
procedures.
 Training others and allocating the jobs to the suitable colleague.
 Resolve customer issues, complaints and problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain
customer satisfaction and quality service.
