Be responsible for setting up sales department, manage and develop. Combine
with the Directors decided to develop market strategies and solutions to
appropriate for each stages.
The main projects: Transimex, TBS, Phan Vu Group, Viconship, VIP Green
Port.
– Setup and manage sales team, coordinating business activities in Ho Chi
Minh City and support for head office.
– Combine with Directors to decide the market developed strategy and
introduce Infor solutions to customers.
– Deploy the business plan with the mainstream of Infor solutions (ERP,
SCE, EAM, d/EPM)
– Coordinating with Pre-sales to propose appropriate solutions for our
customers.
– Recruitment, training and coaching.
– Manage and improve for sales team.
