▪ Responsible for all activities in document and customer service department.
▪ Be person in charge for all oversea matter with HQ in Germany and some hub in SIN, HKG,
PKL…
▪ Performing cargo plan for Feeders, loading cargo list and understand how to control and
balance, volume, G.W… of the vessel while loading and sailing.
▪ Control the import empty volume to support the volume booking, sending the request of
“empty volume balance area” once needed, avoid longstay case… -

▪ Undertake as Deputy Manager for document Dept and customer Dept.
▪ Keep contacted and negotiate to all VIP accounts and control booking for them.
▪ Control the volume empty to match export volume, request depots to supply empty as “first
in first out”, control empty containers in good condition to avoid any customer complain.
▪ Keep in touch with operation executive when loading cargo and know how to solve problems
such as shortfall or overload, how to cutting down the cargo from loading list….
▪ Enthusiasm and skilled in getting new shippers in new schedule or voyage.▪ Well co-ordinate Customer Service Team to operate all business. Understand, well-
communicate and have good relationship with other departments to handle all customerrequires smoothly.

Develop the assigned category and/ or brand marketing plan: monitor market, consumers &
competitors to identify opportunities & recommend strategies; forecast volume to develop
brand.
▪ Define positioning; create marketing programs; establish pricing strategy; build
communication strategies; plan activations – promotions to build category connection with
consumers. Define marketing DME and proper allocation across the Marketing mix elements
to achieve brand profit objectives.
▪ Innovation: explore feasibility of potential products which are in-line with company’s strategic

▪ Integrated Execution: ensure that marketing efforts (advertising, promotions, sampling,
marketing assets, in-store…) are integrated within a consistent overall brand marketing plan.
▪ System Alignment: co-ordinate between external partners and internal departments to
ensure the implementation of marketing activities, all aligned with the system. Create
appropriate tracking procedures to ensure proper execution of these activities.
▪ Monitor plan execution: in consistency with EU/USDA organic standards. Ensure highest
possible quality output from agencies/suppliers via formal documentation of annual agency
contracts, transparency reports, briefing process, audits and evaluations.
▪ People Management & Capability Development: Build the team to work well together; Set up
KPIs to evaluate performance; Support staffs to complete their responsibilities; Develop staff
talent, with relentless focus on motivating team towards function goals, propose staff training
& coaching.
