    Develop the assigned category and/ or brand marketing plan: monitor market, consumers &
    competitors to identify opportunities & recommend strategies; forecast volume to develop
    brand.
    ▪ Define positioning; create marketing programs; establish pricing strategy; build
    communication strategies; plan activations – promotions to build category connection with
    consumers. Define marketing DME and proper allocation across the Marketing mix elements
    to achieve brand profit objectives.

    appropriate tracking procedures to ensure proper execution of these activities.
    ▪ Monitor plan execution: in consistency with EU/USDA organic standards. Ensure highest
    possible quality output from agencies/suppliers via formal documentation of annual agency
    contracts, transparency reports, briefing process, audits and evaluations.
    ▪ People Management & Capability Development: Build the team to work well together; Set up
    KPIs to evaluate performance; Support staffs to complete their responsibilities; Develop staff
    talent, with relentless focus on motivating team towards function goals, propose staff training
    & coaching.
