Stockkeeper:
+ Receive and place supplies on shelves according to designated areas.
+ Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom on
MISA software program.
+ Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and make reports.
+ Fills requisitions, picklists, requests for supplies.
Purchasing Staff:
+ Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods, and supplies.
+ Send them to the warehouse.
+ Review inventories and order as required.
+ Track the status of supply orders & customer’s orders using MISA software program.
+ Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
Salesman:
+ Make sales calls: Create lists of potential customers.
+ Advertise products on social media and website: Facebook, Zalo,
Website, Linkedin.
+ Manage the website: Update products and related information.
+ Consult the customers, receive orders and sign contracts.
+ Make delivery when no shipper is available.
+ Track and collect customers’ debt (when no shipper is available).
+ Discuss and decide the new price for the products.
+ Collect, analyze data and write reports.

+ Research, prepare teaching materials.
+ Teach lessons.
+ Track students’ progress, modify teaching methods and seek solutions of each student’s weaknesses
+ Building a trustful and friendly relationship with the students.
