tracking the shipping process
 Solving issues arising from customers / forwarders related to order processing

 Analyze customer requirement for product and service and provide consultation
to select suitable product.
 Conserve news before update on the Internet.
 Handle and Resolves product or service problem by the customer’s complaint,
determining the cause of the problem, explaining the best solution the problem
 Deal directly with customers via phone, skype, yahoo.
 Prepare daily, monthly reports to submit to Customer Service Manager.
