* Manage customer list in CSR system and transfer customers’ orders to salesperson in charge.
* Assist Salespersons to take care of old customers; support team to tackle with customers’ inquiries and handle incidents for on-going projects if happened.

* Assist Salespersons in new market deployment by implementing data mining and cold call (both domestic and foreign markets).
* Be in charge of doing lead generation and looking for new customers by proficiently using media tools (facebook, linkedIn, Google, etc) to build up a distinctive market.
