 Oversee web, social media & mobile presence by monitoring SEO/SEM, analytics, CRM data
 Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against
goals (ROI and KPIs).
 Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. 

 Day-to-day supervision of and mentor to the marketing coordinator. 

• Monitoring ongoing campaigns spend against budget and ensure campaigns are on strategy,
on time, and on target.
• Liaising with partners like media, printers and publishers as required and managing the
production of marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters and newsletter, including
newsletter
 Working with regional on PR internal and external PR articles

 Support new restaurant creation and spear head marketing
 Assist marketing at Hyde & Glow as required (Social, Research, Menu implementation and
coordination with front of house)

 Monitor, report and suggest on venue performance (Revenue, covers, trends, sellers)
3. Business Development
 Meeting with sponsors and coordinating between marketing team whilst gaining trust and
confidence of suppliers.
 Coordinating with guest DJs, Guest bartenders, key partners

 Keep up with all the local and global happening
 Cover a wide variety of stories
 Conduct and schedule interviews
 Plan, edit, and write stories and articles to be broadcasted
 Follow news events and other media sources to stay informed
