– Coaching for TL to deliver field coaching skill to DSE.
– Schedule the working plan for DSE & TLs.
Do daily observation, provide constant feedbacks to TLs and DSE.
– Observe & coach TL briefing.
– Coaching & assist TL to manage poor & average performance to
improve.
– Check sales booths locations to ensure activities & preparations
base on DSF sales booth standards check list.
– Check on daily basic KPI reporting forms submitted from each
team & cross check individual’s report.
– Managing logistics arrangement when seminar is organized.
– Recruiting new DSE through networks.
– Contacts & make a good deal with location’s suppliers. -

– Do daily team’s briefing to DSF to ensure team & individual hit
daily target of seminar’s prospects of valid leads.
– Provide feedback /input for location plan to AM to ensure the
location plan sufficiently.
– Manage the assigned team’s performance at assigned locations.
– Coaching behaviors & skills based on performance of individual
team.
– Daily monitor leads/ show/ contract by team & by individual to
provide timely feedback.
– Check sales booths activities, location’s plan to ensure DSE comply
to the standard set up, activities is productive.
