Main responsibilities:
– Performing customer care operations, contacting directly and indirectly to
customer.
– Receiving and processing customer information. Answering complaints
about incidents, errors, security card requirements of customers.
– Listening and answering questions and requests from customers at Masteri
Thao Dien towers.
– Collecting customer information directly, building customer information.
– Inputing customer information to the system and managing customer list.
– Reporting monthly export and import card.
