PROFILE I have 4 years experience working for Arteliagroup which is the leader in Project management in many fields on over the world in Business Department and project assistant, project coordination, 2 year working for interior contractor Van Nam Co.Ltd., as sale executive cum project coordinator. Therefore, I have the sustainable theoretical and practical knowledge foundation in business and construction field. I prepare the presentation, profile for Client meeting, coordinate with HR department, Project department to prepare proposal, bids to submit to Client, attend the tender clarification meeting, transfer information to Legal department for contract drafting, arrange the meeting with Project department for manpower arrangement, attend the Kick off meeting to start the project, update the information on Intranet the status of project for Headquarter for information and direction. As project coordinator I attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements, assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules, Prepare project organization and communication charts, chair site meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members, implementing the agreed action plan to the agreed standards and deadlines, track the progress and quality of work being performed, use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, budgets and expenditures, effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team, ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner, issue Contracts, Letters of Intent, Purchase Orders, etc, maintain Contract Execution Tracking Log, assist the PM in the review of Contractor quotations to ensure that only fair and reasonable pricing is recommended for approval, prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained, communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others, keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations. I graduated from HCMC Agriculture and Forestry University in Design Landscape major and Open HCM University in Business English major. This education background can support me during working progress. I can read drawings; can use some graphic software beside Microsoft packages.
