    -Conduct market research, analyze data and make decision.
    -Prepare budget and get approval from BOD. Manage and allocate the spending
    within budget.

    -Make sure all campaigns are legally registered following government’s policies
    -Work with Sales team and Distributor Development team to make sure all the
    campaigns are well implemented by Store teams
    -Work with Legal and Accountant for contracts and payments
    -Analyze sale results, branding results to improve for next campaigns.
