• Interview and Hire Talent: Perform the hiring process including collecting
and filing paperwork, ordering background checks, salary negotiations and
providing new employee orientation assistance.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT (KEY TASK)
• Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development
• Coordinate in the guild activities training session (expertise group)
• Involve and monitor the career development plan for employees.
• Undertake tasks in performance management
COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT (SIDE TASK)
• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves,
compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
