    • Daily collection of invoices, vouchers arise for tracking and accounting.
    • Makes monthly and quarterly reports ( VAT ; PIT; CIT ) and reports on the use of invoice.

    AR & AP accounting

    • Review and send debit notes to vendors on time. Monitor vendors’ outstanding debts.
    • Assist Chief accountant in AR closing. • Co-operate with other departments to resolve vendors’ issues.
    • Calculating the number of monthly debt, making debt payment notices (internal and customers) with updated situation of increase or decrease in the period.
    • Urge and directly participate in debt collection with bad debts, long debt, and prepaid debts to suppliers.
