 Building and managing website Customjerseys.clothing, the website
that helps customers to create their own custom jersey designs, in
order to directly sell self-designed jerseys to foreign customers.
 Creating content for the website
 Working with the design team to create website’s products.
 Run advertising campaigns to introduce the website to the Australian
market.

Responsible for all Digital Channels (11 Brands: King BBQ, Hotpot Story,
ThaiExpress, Seoul Garden, Tasaki BBQ …):
 Implementing Digital Marketing campaigns for launching new Brand,
Grand Opening, Promotions with: Google Adwords, SMS Marketing,
Email Marketing, Landing Pages, Skype Ads, Single Site Banner …
 Brand management on other Online channels: Foody,
Diadiemanuong, Google My Business, FourSquare, TripAdvisor …
 Monitor, measure and evaluate the effectiveness of Digital Marketing
campaigns, ensure campaign’s KPIs is achieved.
 Website Administration (11 websites).
 Support and cooperate with Brand, IT, Design team to ensure that
Digital channels and campaigns work well.
 Support other IT activities.

Managing and implementing all of the IT system and Digital activities:
 Developing website system
 Developing content of website system
 Running SEO, put the websites on top Google search results
 Managing Website system, Hosting, VPS, Domain
 Planning and implementing campaigns: SEO, SEM, combined with
Landing pages, GDN, Remarketing, Email Marketing …
 Building CRM system, combined with Email Marketing to manage and
take care of the customers
 Negotiating and working directly with products and services suppliers:
Computer, Printer, Hosting- VPS, Domain, Email Server, Text Link
Gov….
 Other jobs: Recruiting and training staff, Managing network, email
server, peripheral devices: printer, camera …, Support training of other
departments using equipments, software incident… Policy formulation:
Service delivery policy, Information security policy

 Sipfoundry project: Upgrade Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Crowd to
latest version. Intergrate eZuce and Sipfoundry websites (Liferay webs)
into Crowd SSO. Synchronize Liferay websites and Atlassian
applications’s database.
 Some other web projects.

 Developing web applications for websites (module Document,
Exchange Cash, Product Policy, Reckon Import Export, Company
Information…) using Java, Jsp, HTML, CSS, JavaScript… and base on
Liferay Portal framework.
 Developing a part of TSEgovCore, a big software for storing, managing
work flow of file and document in government agencies, using Liferay
framework and Jbpm. Writing portlets for other projects (Department of
Industry and Trade Ho Chi Minh City, Thu Thiem New Urban Area…).
 Deploying TSEgovCore at Steering Center of the Urban Flood Control
Program Ho Chi Minh City: Installing, supporting, getting requirements,
quickly fixing bugs when reported, managing database of this agency.
Then analyzing and customizing the program, developing new portlets
following the requirements.
 Testing portlets on other projects.
 Writing user guide for some projects.
 Writing progress reports, job lists, requirement lists by Word, Excel,
Microsoft Project.
