– Handle projects of Frieslandcapina Viet Nam, Goldsun Media, Carslberg, Kimberly Clark, P&G Global
– Building system and calculation based on client’s KPIs using Visual Basic Application, Excel and Access; processing and delivering reports.
– Leading Digital Collection Tool (survey building tool): building code for the survey supporting team in collecting data.
– Researching and appling BI for current projects, using Tableau, Excelsius, Nielsen Insight Studio.
– Leading Quality Escape across teams, clarifing projects’ related problems / issues to ensure well-caried-out instructions and timely projects at high level of accuracy and quality. Planning how to best achieve the project. Ensuring the efficient delivery of the project objectives through identifying and resolving problems, removing
obstacles and mitigating risks.
– Working as Project Management role: manage changes from all stakeholders to mitigate impact of delivery timeline and quality, closely follow up with other teams to make sure project progress is on track, manage any risks caused during project setup and execution

+ Maintain local area network, servers. Deploy and upgrade new system.
+ Support staff about all computer, network problems.
+ Coordinate with vendors to provide best solution for company.
+ Support Logistic Department and Warehouse about operation of Canon Viet Nam’s system (using Warehouse Management System – access database, process and fix problem)
+ Monitor and support systems for other customers.

+ Coordinate with IT deparment to analyse and process about all the computer and network problems of sport center.
+ Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
+ Monitor and maintain computer systems, network and servers operating.
+ Troubleshoot system, network problems (LAN/wireless), diagnose and solve hardware issues.
+ Respond to users’ requests about technical assistance.
+ Coordinat with the company specialized in IT to update, upgrade software, application for employees.
+ Participate in the production of sport programs (live TV, use 2D graphic software and editing software such as: Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Edius..to produce sport programs)
