Manage E-commerce projects and make proposals for Seedcom fashion group.
Set up website, front end for Ecommerce platform, support digital team to connect channels (Email, Web push, Messenger push)
Deploy online sale campaigns (always on, seasonal, flash sale) and branding campaign on platform for many brands of group ( Juno, Hnoss, Eva De Eva …), report to CMO, CEOs
Work closely with product team to develop Ecommerce functions (retail industry) on digital channels.
Be responsible for onsite management : product deployment, e-commerce landing page, tracking, banner, user flow and functions on website for campaigns on how to increase website performance.
Be responsible for revenue, operation and performance of E-Commerce department based on digital plan. Analyze digital performance with Digital team to drive traffic and increase CR at E-commerce platform.
Manage Warehouse of online products and process orders.
Develop the consultation and operate orders to customers.
Planning campaigns and manage all products on marketplaces.
Collaborate with Merchandise Department, other team of the Marketing department and agencies.

Develop marketing package for merchants based on marketing materials : CRM, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, banner onsite, social media…
Research merchant’s industry and make digital marketing strategy for key merchants.
Support sales consultancy marketing packages for the key merchants, make presentation, deploy media plan and report performance (CR, Cir, Click …)
Work closely with Creative agency to make viral video, branding video for merchants
Work closely with Campaign team, Digital team to plan and deploy campaigns on website, report to CMO

Consult technology products of company : application, website, warehouse system, media plan.
Representing Google Partner in Viet Nam consult advertising for SME companies.
Make presentation for clients, sign contract and take care clients.
Organize workshops for customers, internal company about Ecommerce, Media.
Develop, training and manage a sales team 4-5 members.
Collaborate with IT team, execution team to deploy the projects.
Report to Head of Branch.
