Team-working: Through more than one year working
at SPEAK UP ENGLISH CENTER, I have a very
good chance to work with talented people and learn
how to co-operate with the other members to achieve
my target and team target
 Negotiating: I have been learning how to close deal
face to face with customers and persuade them to
enroll in the courses of the center.
 Leading skills: I have a chance to lead 2 people in my
team to hit the target, ogranize tasks and to-do list
every day to help my team achieve the target.

Persuading skills: I learned how to convince the
customer to use our service.
 Following skills: I learned how to follow the
customers so that they will us our service for more
times.
 Voice controlling: In sales, the intonation and the
voice are really important, I learned how to get a low
voice when talking with customers.
