    Primary accountability for achieving brand sales targets for brand in country. Works closely with
    Brand Manager to set goals, develop, and implement plans for all marketing, events, public
    relations and artist relations activities to ensure overall brands’ objectives are achieved.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Ensures customer growth, manages business operation effectiveness, improve business
    processes and the management of brand’s marketing, events, public relations and artist
    relations activities.
    Marketing:
     Ensures consistent interpretation of brand global guidelines, objectives and strategies.
     Work with Brand Manager to develop strategic marketing plans (offline + online) to
    ensure successful launches of new collections.
     Develop and recommend marketing strategies and working closely with Retail
    Operations on sales forecast to meet business goals.
     Prepare and update marketing calendars to ensure consistency with brand’s strategic
    direction.
     Analyze market trends and competitors by tracking new products and market
    development.

     Ensure that brand equity is properly maintained within the prescribed New York &
    Regional guidelines in terms of image and style.
     Ensure clarity and uniformity of all forms of communication to consumers.
     Liaise with retail partners and third parties on all above and below the line media.
     Establish and ensure a strong platform for CRM Programs.
     Maintain and keep track of all expenses for marketing activities to ensure cost
    effectiveness.
     Create and manage both printed and electronically created direct mail campaigns.
     Establish contacts for workshop and special events.
     Manage A&P Budget / Variance from Budget planning process.
     Work with Brand Manager to determine new product pricing strategies.
     Responsible for forecasting promotional materials in coordination with Brand Manager
    and Singapore FIM.
     Reviews monthly brand data and budget results with Finance and Brand Manager to
    proactively remedy potential problems.
     Ensures that no grey market is created. Solves grey-market issues.
     Conducts post launch evaluation analysis of major programs.
    Visual Merchandising:
     Develop plans for Merchandising, working with Marketing Assistant for Visual
    Merchandising to be in line with Marketing Calendar, well implemented and in line with
    Global guidelines.
    Public Relations:
     Responsible for managing all public relations activities to maintain the high level
    awareness of M·A·C in the local market.
     Ensuring all press releases are sent to media in a timely manner to meet editorial
    deadlines.
     Plan and execute all public relations activities.
     Keep track of all editorials, sponsored pages and event advertising pages. Maintain
    library of press clippings and other printed matter.
     Compile monthly editorial coverage reporting for Global Communication.
    Artist Relations:
     Work with Brand Manager to develop a marketing plan focused on the PRO market.
     Develop and schedule MPMP events to maximize revenue opportunity.
     Work with Brand Manager to strategize and establish development of key relationships
    in professional community which benefit the relationships that M·A·C holds there
    within.
     Follow up on Artist Relations sponsorship requests.

     Requisite and arrange delivery of sponsorship products to assigned organizations.
     Maintain records of Celebrities Endorsement contracts.
     Provide administrative support to M·A·C PRO program.
     Management of MPMP program.
    Event Management:
     Plan and oversees the event setup based on the Marketing Calendar and business
    needs of the brand.
     Liaise with NY Creative on timely submission of CRQs and work with local vendor on
    setup execution.
     Manage and control event expenses to keep within brand’s allocated budget.
