– Maintaining, taking care of the list of clients / projects assigned
– Contact and set up appointments with the contractor, the design consultant,
the investor of the project
– Receive detailed requests from customers to prepare quotation, contract
– Preparing technical documents, ii documents, meet customer requirements
for each project
– Work directly with foreign manufacturers to meet technical requirements,
product quality records as required from customers
.- Analysis, report business plan for each project assigned, submit and discuss
with director to approve the appropriate business strategy, and report directly
to the Director
.- Coordinate with the support department to ensure the goods delivered on
schedule
– Organize the meetings with customers together with foreign experts during
the implementation of the contract to accept the request, find the optimal
solution for each problem, customer satisfaction
.- Coordinate with the support department to complete the payment
documents, and monitor the progress of payment
– Visit international and domestic fairs, develop new sales opportunities and
submit the director business plans thereafter
– Perform other tasks as required by Director

– Supervise project implementation, of which more focus was on construction
site activities.
– Examine the design of building components, including carrying capacity,
measurements, materials; and thereafter decide upon whether or not to
revise the initial design, along with the consultant from designers and those
involved. That programs such as Autocad, Etab, Sap, Safe,… were required
therewith.

– Having experienced aforementioned tasks firsthand, thereby gaining some
hands-on experiences.
-Contribute to the shortcut of construction time ( from 2 year( projected
time) to just 1.5 year), hence resulting in the fact that the company cut costs
significantly.
