I am a lucky person when I have been pursuing my passion in the right time, at the right place and with right mentors. 2 years ago, I started my first job at Finizz Corporation – health-tech start-up as a junior Marketer. After 2 months, I realized that, I loved working with challenges by dealing with people like customers, candidates…. It looked crazy, I had big chances to meet partners, negotiate and build relationships with doctors in HCMC. I became confident, optimistic and energetic person in hard environment as start-up. Moreover, I had responsibilities on recruiting, training and building teams and supporting other related departments. From multitasks, I gained more experiences about managing projects and deep knowledge about health-care, general about e-commerce… I am a lucky employee because I have 2 respectable bosses – Co-founders of Finizz. I have been given support and encouragement from both of them. From the bottom of my heart, my 2 bosses are big mentors of my youth. Now I decided to challenge myself with another dynamic environment. I hope that I could work for an E-commerce, Tech Company so as to fulfill more knowledge and my passion. In the long term, I want to be a Business Development manager / Director from 5-7 years later.
